The problem
Teams struggled with disconnected workflows and difficulty organizing content across teams.

Approach and results
We integrated collaboration, content creation, and AI-driven insights to enhance team contribution. The MVP secured funding for the development of the platform as a whitelabel solution.

The process
We started by understanding what drives connection in online communities. Using engaging visuals, clear hierarchy, and refined CTAs, we supported content creation and interaction. AI-categorized user content helped spark group discussions, while search by interests like projects, location, and skills made it easy to connect. Content sharing was central, encouraging employees to post knowledge, updates, and insights.
