The process

I designed a mobile-first, dual-view interface for the UK market by collaborating with product and engineering, running research and usability tests, and prototyping key ideas. This led to real-time pricing, SplitSave ticketing, and improved route visibility to help users book with confidence.

More transactions

The impact was immediate. Users booked over 4,000 trips through the platform, reporting improved satisfaction and clarity throughout the journey. The refreshed experience also helped secure key contracts, proving the value of thoughtful, user-centered design.
