Competitive Analysis

Due to the nature of the project, our initial exercise was to do a competitive analysis in other platforms that feature communities, user interactivity and content creation.

After gathering info, we organized each competitor with a ‘how might we’ exercise.

First Iteration

After prioritizing the features we started sketching some screens for the initial idea of the product, which focused mostly on content shared by other people.

User Feedback

We ran a few user testing sessions in order to get user engagement and feedback and heard a lot of noise on lack of content creation feature, we also got feedback on visuals in mostly aligning them with the current brand, meaning we would switch to a dark mode interface.

Grouping Content

The Solution

one of the main features of the platform was allowing content to be grouped by AI and having conversations and interactivity within those groups.

Bear in mind that this project was designed prior to Chat GPT so LLM possibilities were within academic realms.

The Solution

Searching and Connecting with People

Allowing people to be searched and connected was on of the three top priorities of the product, this would allow employees from different cities and sectors to know more about eachother’s work.

Creating Content

The Solution

Last but not least, creating content was the core of the experience, this is how employees would share their knowledge, work or not work related, design labs is a platform for experiences within enterprises to be shared.

This is also a place where LLMs would be explored with companion AI being a possibility for content creation.
